Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 kiwis, peeled, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • ice, to taste
  • 1 (1-liter) bottle seltzer water

Directions

Step 1 -In a blender, purée the sugar and the kiwi until smooth.

Step 2 -In a 1-quart pitcher, stir the lemon juice and the water together.

Step 3 -Add the kiwi purée to the lemon mixture and stir.

Step 4 -Chill the kiwi mixture until very cold, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Step 5 -Pour 1/2 cup of the kiwi mixture into eight tall glasses.

Step 6 -Fill each of the glasses with the ice and then top with the seltzer to fill the glass.

Step 7 -Garnish the glasses with the kiwi slices.
