This Baked Apricot Chicken is the perfect way to shake things up for dinner. The sweet flavor of apricot preserves, French dressing, and savory onion soup mix season the chicken deliciously. Baked Apricot Chicken is fruity and hearty, and it pairs wonderfully with any side of your choosing!
Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 cup French dressing
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 12 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Using a medium-sized mixing bowl add in the preserves, dressing, and the soup mix, mixing until combined.
Step 3 -Place the chicken pieces into a 9x13-inch oven-safe dish.
Step 4 -Spoon the apricot mixture over the chicken.
Step 5 -Bake the dish uncovered until the chicken is cooked through, about 50-60 minutes.
Step 6 -Serve hot!
