Ingredients

1 (15.5-ounce) can refried beans
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 cups prepared guacamole
2 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2 lime, juiced
1 (16-ounce) jar chunky tomato salsa
lettuce, optional, to taste, shredded
corn chips, to taste, for serving
green onions, optional, to taste, chopped, for topping

Directions

Step 1 -Spread out the refried beans in an even layer at the bottom of a serving dish.

Step 2 -Add 1/2 of the cheddar cheese in an even layer on top of the bean layer.

Step 3 -Top the cheese layer evenly with the guacamole.

Step 4 -In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the sour cream, the lime juice, and the taco seasoning. Then, spread the seasoned sour cream in an even layer on top of the guacamole layer.

Step 5 -Evenly add the salsa over the seasoned sour cream layer.

Step 6 -Add the shredded lettuce evenly over the salsa layer.

Step 7 -Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the green onions.

Step 8 -Serve with the corn chips.
