Ingredients

  • 3 (7.25-ounce) bags butter cookies
  • 6-8 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Step 1 -Add 1 bag of the butter cookies in a single layer in a deep 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2 -Layer the sliced bananas on top of the butter cookies.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, add the milk and the French vanilla pudding mix and use an electric hand mixer to blend until combined.

Step 4 -In a separate large bowl, add the softened cream cheese and the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Step 5 -Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 6 -Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well-combined.

Step 7 -Spread the pudding mixture over the top of the banana layer.

Step 8 -Repeat the layers starting with 1 bag of the cookies and ending with the pudding mixture.

Step 9 -Top the pudding mixture with the remaining bag of cookies.

Step 10 -Cover the dish and chill the pudding mixture until ready to serve.

Step 11 -Plate and serve.
