Eating your veggies has never been tastier! There will be no complaints or revolts when Butter-Roasted Brussels Sprouts makes an appearance on your plate, oh, no, no, no. You'll be begging and pleading for more and more! These tender, nourishing sprouts are garlicky and buttery and cheesy and everything you want in a side dish! Plus, they're super easy to make so you won't have to work too hard to fulfill your ever-longing craving. So, go ahead and scoop yourself up another helping of Butter-Roasted Brussels Sprouts, they're too good not to!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 whole cloves garlic, roughly chopped into 4-5 pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the sprouts and the garlic in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3 -Drizzle the sprouts with the melted butter and the olive oil, season with the salt and the pepper, and toss to combine.
Step 4 -Spread the sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 5 -Roast until the sprouts are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 6 -During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the sprouts with the parmesan cheese.
Step 7 -Serve.
