Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries, ground
  • 1 (16-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and cored, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 pint heavy cream, whipped

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the ground cranberries, the miniature marshmallows, and the white sugar and mix to combine.

Step 2 -Cover and transfer the cranberry mixture to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.

Step 3 -Add the apples and the walnuts to the cranberry mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4 -Add the whipped cream to the cranberry mixture and fold to combine.

Step 5 -Serve cold.
