Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package full-fat cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons full-fat sour cream, can substitute Greek yogurt or crème fraîche
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup pistachios or walnuts, optional, chopped
assorted fruit, such as apples, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, the honey, the sour cream, and the salt and beat on medium-low speed until smooth.

Step 2 -Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.

Step 3 -Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve with the assorted fruit.
