You don’t even need to worry about making ice cream since these sandwiches use pudding and whipped topping for their rich, creamy, and sweet filling. Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups 2% milk, cold
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 24 whole graham crackers, halved

Directions

Step 1 -Mix together the pudding and milk according to the pudding’s package directions.

Step 2 -Refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes.

Step 3 -Fold in the whipped topping and chocolate chips.

Step 4 -Put the 24 graham cracker halves on a baking sheet.

Step 5 -Top the crackers with the filling mixture.

Step 6 -Place the other graham crackers on top of the filling mixture.

Step 7 -Wrap each sandwich in plastic.

Step 8 -Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

Step 9 -Serve frozen.
