Here’s a pick-me-up for when you want to mellow out or to perk up your brunch! The Espresso Martini adds a buzzy vibe to rich coffee and cream flavors, with just a touch of sweetness. Whether served with dessert or at breakfast parties, Espresso Martini is spiked with a burst of energy and good times with a refreshing taste to boot!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur, preferably Kahlúa
- 1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed or cold brew concentrate
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- coffee beans, optional. for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2 -Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to the shaker and shake until chilled.
Step 3 -Serve by straining the mixture into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
