A fun little chill dessert with a lot of tropical banana flavor! Hooray! Going Bananas Mousse will have you going nuts (heh, heh) for more of its creamy, whipped, tangy goodness, with just the perfect amount of sweetness. It's so easy to make that you can indulge your sweet tooth with it anytime! Going Bananas Mousse is a crazy delicious dessert!
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons 1% milk
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 medium bananas, cut into quarters, plus 2 bananas, sliced, for garnish
- 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
Directions
Step 1 -In a blender, add the milk, the sugar, the vanilla, and 2 of the quartered bananas and process on high speed until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Step 2 -Add the yogurt and blend on low until mixed.
Step 3 -Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours.
Step 4 -Spoon the mixture into four small dessert dishes.
Step 5 -Serve garnished with the remaining sliced bananas.
