Golden Lime Crack

Step 1 -Line an 18x26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 -Place the microwave on the high setting.

Step 3 -In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and cook in 25-second intervals, stirring after each, until they are fully melted.

Step 4 -Add 3/4 of the lime zest to the melted white chocolate and stir to combine.

Step 5 -In a large bowl, add the cereal, the pretzels, and the marshmallows and stir to combine.

Step 6 -Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture and toss until it is coated.

Step 7 -Add the coated cereal mixture to the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the lime juice.

Step 8 -Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the coated cereal mixture set, about 30 minutes.

Step 9 -Transfer the chilled cereal mixture from the refrigerator, break it into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with the remaining lime zest.

Step 10 -Serve.
