  • 2/3 cup instant rice
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • cinnamon, to taste, for topping

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
