Summertime calls for a summertime side, and nothing is quite so symbolic of summer as Grilled Corn on the Cob. This golden, sunshine-sweet dish is ideally suited for dipping in melted butter, tart lime juice, or aromatic cilantro. It's easy and fast to whip up Grilled Corn on the Cob and pair it with a barbecue meal or a seafood dinner. You'll be beaming with happiness as you eat this!
Ingredients
- For the corn:
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- salt, to taste
- Optional, for serving:
- butter, to taste
- lime, to taste
- cilantro, to taste, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the grill on high heat for at least 10-12 minutes.
Step 2 -Add the corn and cook, turning often, until charred and the colors become vibrant, about 10 minutes.
Step 3 -Season the corn with the salt.
Step 4 -Serve with the butter, the lime, and the cilantro.
