Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 frozen yeast dinner roll dough, thawed

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease 12 muffin cups and set aside.

Step 3 -Combine the butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and pecans.

Step 4 -Spoon the mixture into the bottom of the prepared muffin cups.

Step 5 -Place 1 of the dinner roll dough pieces on the pecan mixture in each muffin cup.

Step 6 -Cover the muffin tin and let the dough rise in a warm place until rolls double in size, about 30 minutes.

Step 7 -Bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 8 -Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1 minute.

Step 9 -Invert the muffin tin onto wax paper.
