Any morning can be a good smoothie morning with this tall glass of ease! This refreshing Light & Fluffy Smoothie is the best way to start the day! Packed with the freshest-tasting strawberries, a hint of beautifully sweet banana, and the addition of some oh-so-creamy strawberry yogurt makes for an easy and deliciously dreamy choice on your breakfast or brunch menu. But don't worry, this Light & Fluffy Smoothie isn't just for the beginning part of your day. Enjoy a tall glass of refreshment anytime a little craving for juicy strawberries comes your way! It's "berry" delicious!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1/3 cup strawberries, unsweetened, frozen, plus more fresh strawberries, to taste, sliced, for garnish
- 1/2 medium banana, firm, chopped, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
- 4 ice cubes
- 8 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Step 1 -Chill two tall glasses in the freezer.
Step 2 -In a blender, add the milk, the strawberry yogurt, 1/3 cup of the frozen strawberries, 1/2 of the medium banana, the ice cubes, and the sugar. Cover and process until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Stir to combine if needed.
Step 3 -Evenly pour the smoothie into the prepared glasses, garnish with the sliced strawberries and the sliced bananas, and serve immediately.
