  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp, cooled and crumbled
  • carrot sticks, optional, to taste, for serving
  • celery sticks, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the sour cream, the ranch seasoning, and the salt and stir until combined.

Step 2 -Add the cheddar cheese, the green onions, and the bacon and stir to combine.

Step 3 -Cover and refrigerate the dip until the flavors have melded together and the dip is chilled, about 2 hours.

Step 4 -Serve with the carrots and the celery.
