Ingredients

For the meatloaf meatballs:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
For the glaze:
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 3 -Spray the foil with cooking spray.

Step 4 -In a large mixing bowl, stir together the panko breadcrumbs, onion flakes, oregano, parsley, pepper, salt, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.

Step 5 -Mix in the egg until well combined.

Step 6 -Using your hands, add in the ground beef and ground pork and gently mix until just combined but careful not to over-mix.

Step 7 -Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, form about 18-20 meatballs, placing them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 8 -In a medium-sized bowl, mix the ketchup, dried mustard, and brown sugar until combined.

Step 9 -Spoon the glaze over the meatballs.

Step 10 -Bake until the meatballs reach 165 degrees F internally, about 18-22 minutes.

Step 11 -Serve hot.
