About
No-Boil Baked Ravioli is a different sort of pasta comfort food, but no less welcoming. No need to boil water here; the cheesy ravioli is baked under layers of savory and rich meat sauce and melty, creamy mozzarella. Everything is hot, tender, oh-so-gooey and just wonderful to dig into. Let No-Boil Baked Ravioli take a load off your shoulders!
Ingredients
- 1 (24–ounce) jar marinara sauce, divided
- 3/4 pound ground beef

Step 2 -Spread 3/4 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Step 3 -In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is just starting to brown, about 3 minutes.
Step 4 -Add the onion powder, the basil, the oregano, the mustard powder, the salt, the hot sauce, the Worcestershire sauce, and the yellow onion to the beef, and cook until the beef is fully browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 5 -Add the garlic to the beef mixture and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 6 -Drain the fat from the skillet.
Step 7 -Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining marinara sauce to the beef mixture.
Step 8 -Add the half-and-half to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
Step 9 -Transfer the skillet from the heat.
Step 10 -Evenly arrange 1/2 of the ravioli on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish and top it with 1/2 of the meat sauce.
Step 11 -Evenly spread 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese on top of the meat sauce.
Step 12 -Repeat the layers once, starting with the remaining ravioli and ending with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 13 -Cover the dish with foil and bake until the ravioli is heated through, about 35 minutes.
Step 14 -Transfer the ravioli bake from the oven, discard the foil, and switch the oven to broil.
Step 15 -Broil the ravioli bake until the top is slightly browned, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 16 -Transfer the dish from the oven and allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
Step 17 -Serve.
