Ingredients

  • 2 plain bagels, sliced in half horizontally
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium marinara sauce
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the broiler.

Step 2 -On a baking sheet, add the bagel halves, cut-side up.

Step 3 -Broil the bagels until they are lightly toasted on top, about 2 minutes.

Step 4 -Transfer the baking sheet from the oven.

Step 5 -On the cut-side of each of the bagel halves, spread 2 tablespoons of the marinara sauce.

Step 6 -Add 1/4 cup of the chicken on top of the marinara on each of the bagel halves.

Step 7 -Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken layer on each of the bagels.

Step 8 -Broil the pizza bagels until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes.

Step 9 -Serve hot.
