1/2 cup sour cream

cayenne pepper, optional, to taste
For serving:
dill pickles, to taste, finely chopped
fresh dill, to taste, chopped
potato chips, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese,1 cup of the pickles, the sour cream, the pickle juice, 1 tablespoon of the dill, the garlic, and the cayenne pepper and stir until smoothly combined.

Step 2 -Cover and transfer the bowl to the refrigerator to allow the flavors meld together, about 30 minutes.

Step 3 -Top with the remaining pickles and the remaining dill, then serve with the potato chips.
