  • 8 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 8 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -Arrange the tomatoes in the prepared baking dish.

Step 4 -Top the tomatoes with the bread cubes.

Step 5 -In a small bowl, combine the butter, the salt, the basil, and the thyme.
