About
Let your dessert table blossom with a beautiful new addition! Spring Bundt™ Cake is in full bloom with its bounty of bananas. The moist, yellow cake is baked Bundt-style, separated, then layered and topped with a cream cheese frosting. There's even a little blanket of ripe banana slices and crushed Nilla® Wafer crumbs on top to add a little extra spring sweetness. Fluttering with freshness, Spring Bundt Cake is an awakening of incredible banana taste. 'Tis the season of bringing your dessert menu back to life!
Ingredients
- For the cake:
- 1 (13.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup water

Step 7 -In a large bowl, add the heavy cream and beat with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 8 -In another large bowl, add the cream cheese and the remaining softened butter and beat until no lumps remain.
Step 9 -Add the confectioners' sugar to the cream cheese-butter mixture and beat until it is smooth.
Step 10 -Add the vanilla extract to the frosting and beat to combine.
Step 11 -Fold the whipped heavy cream into the frosting until it is just combined.
Step 12 -Cut the cake in half horizontally.
Step 13 -Place the bottom half of the cake on a serving plate and spread 1/2 of the frosting over the inside of the bottom cake layer.
Step 14 -Add 1/2 of the banana slices and 1/2 of the crushed wafers in a single layer over the frosting.
Step 15 -Place the top half of the cake over the banana-wafer layer and spread the remaining frosting on top.
Step 16 -Add the remaining banana slices and the remaining crushed wafers in a single layer over the frosting.
Step 17 -Slice and serve.
