This icy and refreshing treat whips pineapple and raspberries, two of summer's most beloved fruits, into a creamy, tangy, vibrant frozen dessert, ready to quench the heat with its cheery flavors. It tastes like a sunbeam and it's so easy to make! Let Sunshine Whip get your taste buds whipped up!
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple pieces
- 1 cup frozen raspberries, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice or water
Directions
Step 1 -Place the frozen pineapple and 1 cup of the frozen raspberries into an ice-crushing blender or food processor.
Step 2 -Process until the fruits are well-blended.
Step 3 -Add the juice and blend until the mixture melts a little and becomes smooth.
Step 4 -Serve immediately garnished with the extra raspberries.
