  • 1 banana, peeled and split lengthwise
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple sauce or fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or hot fudge
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry sauce or fresh strawberries, diced
  • whipped cream, to taste
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1 -In a long, shallow dish, place the banana slices against the sides.

Step 2 -Place the vanilla scoop, the chocolate scoop, and the strawberry scoop in a row between the banana slices.

Step 3 -Drizzle the pineapple sauce over the vanilla ice cream.

Step 4 -Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the chocolate ice cream.

Step 5 -Drizzle the strawberry syrup over the strawberry ice cream.

Step 6 -Top each of the ice cream scoops with a generous dollop of the whipped cream and 1 cherry per scoop.
